Outstanding works of the ESSC 2006

Here are the winners of the ESSC 2006 which took place for three months toward the end of 2006.

Enjoy reading congratulatory remarks by our final judges, Professor Peter Hassall(Zayed University, UAE), Professor Paul Kei Matsuda (Arizona State University, USA) and Professor Nobuyuki Honna (Aoyama Gakuin University & President, JAFAE). Surprisingly, they are also exactly in 50 words!

Six-hundred and fourteen extremely short stories out of 750 turned out to be valid. Here are the outstanding stories, all unique and creative, selected through the preliminary, the semi-final and the final selections. A big applause to the prize-winners!

<No works below have been edited by the JAFAE. The names of the winners who wish to remain anonymous are given in the initials.>
